These brownies definitely  are so thick, rich, and fudgy. I really liked them. If you're looking for thick and fudgy brownies then this is the recipe for you. I used Hershey's  special dark cocoa powder but you could use just regular cocoa powder.  Ingredients  10 tbsp (145g) unsalted butter 1 and 1/4 cups granulated sugar (250g)  3/4 cup + 2tbsp  (74g) unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1/2 cup (62g) all-purpose flour 1 cup (180g) peanut butter chips Preheat oven to 325F degrees. Line an 8 inch or 9 inch square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on the sides to lift the finished brownies out. Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a large bowl in the microwave. Melt in 30 second increments and stir after each time until the butter is completely melted. The mixture will look gritty. Set aside for a few minutes to cool down while y...

Homemade Peanut Butter Chips

Image
These are so delicious. Got a batch in my freezer right now. I tripled the recipe so I could have extra on hand. These would be good in cookies or brownies. I'm going to be making some yummy brownies which I will post the recipe later for them. Hope you enjoy this recipe.  Ingredients  2 tbsp peanut butter  3-4 tsp powdered sugar  1 tsp- 1tbsp milk  1/2 tsp vanilla extract Mix everything together in a small bowl, starting with only 1 tsp milk. Stir well. Add more milk 1 tsp at a time until mixture has reached a smooth consistency. Scoop mixture into a ziploc bag (cut small hole in corner of bag) or a piping bag fitted with a small round tip. Pipe little chips and place in freezer until firm. Transfer to an airtight container and store in freezer until ready to use.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

These cookies are delicious and best of all they taste like a brownie so you get the best of both worlds. Hope you enjoy these cookies. Bio

Just wanted to share a little about myself before getting into the blog. I am 38 years old. I have a wonderful yet strong willed 13 year old son and a strong willed 5 going on 6 year old daughter. I am the wife to the most amazing man I have ever met in my life. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't be here today. We love to garden and be outdoors. I love not having to buy most veggies where I can just grow them. I love taking advantage of all the wild berries around my house, I usually pick them and freeze them. My life wasn't always this nice. I mean no ones life is perfect but my life now compared to about 10 years or so ago is pretty perfect. When I was about 16 years old I ended up getting into a relationship with a guy who was 5 years older then me. We were together for 6 and a half years. Met him on a site called face the jury. Seemed like a nice guy, first time we ever talked online we talked for 9 hours. Crazy right. I was young and naïve to think someone was actually ...
